1st year puppy & kitten membership

Puppy visit 1-2 vaccines: Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Coronavirus, and Bordetella.
Puppy visit 3-4 vaccines: Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Coronavirus, Leptospirosis and Rabies with the last set of vaccines.
Kitten visit 1-3 vaccines: FVRCP and Feline Leukemia with the last set of vaccines.
Kitten visit 4 vaccines: FVRCP, Feline Chlamydia and Rabies.

Annual Canine Membership

6-month booster vaccines: Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus, Coronavirus and Bordetella
Annual vaccinations: Distemper, Hepatitis, Para influenza, Parvovirus, Coronavirus, Bordetella, Leptospirosis and Rabies

Annual Feline Membership

Annual vaccinations: Chlamydia, Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia, Feline Leukemia and Rabies
Pet must be tested for FELV/ FIV before vaccines are given.
